The first World meeting~ (attn. Anyone)

Ivan was sitting on his usual seat, waiting for everyone else, because he was always the one that was first in the meeting room. At least he thought so, even though he could sometimes feel like something, or someone, else was there also, but he couldn't see anything. And that troubled him, but he let it go, and got used to it after some time. But he would still like to know what was making him feel like that.

He also was preparing himself for seeing Alfred (ThatCapitalisticHamburgerEatingPig, as Ivan would say it), and tried to think of something to say, so he could annoy the American as much as possible.

Matthew was feeling a bit uncomfortable, being alone with Ivan in the huge room.

Especially when the man was sitting on his lap. Again. How could he be so invisible? The Russian didn't even realize that he sat on Matthew once again.

Ivan leaned a bit back on his chair. Sometimes it felt to him like there was something extra on his seat, but he pretty much ignored. Leaning more back on his seat, he began to think, that mabe it wasn't such a good idea to come almost an hour early. He would be bored.

Matthew felt like he couldn't breathe. Ivan was leaning against his face, and he couldn't even cough since the Russian's back was against his face.

Ivan thought about something for a moment, then he was leaning forward again.

Matthew takes a really deep breathe, and coughed quietly few times.

Ivan blinked. He was sure he heard something. Then he got up.

Matthew gets up quite quickly, too, just in case Ivan would sit on him again. He looked at the man, a bit pale because he had had to hold his breathe for a while.

Ivan narrows his eyes a bit, looking around a bit, but then sits back down, with somewhat unsatisfied face.

Matthew thinks: He still didn't notice me...?

He sighs.

"Excuzes-moi, Ivan..." He says quietly, sitting down next to the man.

He blinked, then looked to the direction where he could hear something really quiet, and saw a boy.
Ivan thinks: Amerika..? Nyet... He's a bit different....
Then a smile appeared on his face.

"Hello little one~"

"Um... I see you're early as always, mr. Ivan..." He smiles slightly, but still looks like he's feeling really uncomfortable.

"Da~ But I'm afraid that I came too early, and I might get bored~" Ivan was thinking. Hard. He could almost remember the name of the boy. He somehow remembered that this was Alfred's twin brother, but the name...

"I was a bit early, too... I was supposed to come here with Alfred, but he phoned me and said that he might be late..."

"When wouldn't he be late~" And it wasn't a question, but a statement.

Can't help but to chuckle a bit.
"True..."

He looks a bit better at the other, trying to remember the name. It started with 'M'.... Then there's 'a'... Matt.... Matth... Matthew!
Ivan turns to look away a bit, and tries quietly himself to say the name but....
"Matt... Matthe...." But his accent isn't allowing him to say it right.
"Matvey...."

Tilting his head a bit, looks at Ivan, is sure that heard that the Russian said his name, but can't be sure.

He almost sighs when can't say Matthew's name right, but leaves it be, and looks at the other again, that same smile on his face.
"So~ How has little Matvey been~?"

"I've been fine, thanks... How about you, mr. Russia, eh?" Looks actually a bit happy that Ivan asked that.

"I've been well~ "

"Splendid... Uh... Do you know what is our subject today...?"

"I'm not really sure... But Iran might be one~ And I would say that nothing gets solced about that again~ Then there's always the global warming, but that might not go anywhere either~"

Chuckles slightly, can't really help it.
"You're right, somehow we never really get anything discussed..."

"It would be nice, if everyone would become one with me though~"
